Simply contact a customer service representative ( Via the Contact Us Form) and inform them you wish to return the package to us for a complete refund within 30 Days of your order*. The customer service representative will then email you information on how to return your package.

*Shipping charges are non refundable ($9.50 for Non Framed Packages & $15.00 for Framed Packages). Any requests for refund will be honored if made within 30 Days of purchase, no questions asked.
